"I was hoping to find a few..."
I was hoping to find a few things I needed, but the selection was limited. What they did have didn’t really give me a lot of confidence in the quality either, so I ended up leaving without much.

"Support Was Painfully Slow"
I order stuff for my small shop, and I ran into an issue with a supplier that I needed help with. Support took days to get back to me, which felt useless, and when they finally did reply, they barely solved anything. The prices are fine, I guess, but the moment something goes wrong, the whole thing turns into a headache. Not exactly impressive if you're buying for a business.

I tried ordering a handful of stuff from tundra.com, but then it hit me with this minimum order requirement. And yeah, it was way more than I actually needed, like I’m not trying to stock a warehouse here, just grab a few items.
I guess it probably makes sense if you’re a bigger buyer, but for a small shop or someone just testing the waters, it’s kind of a mess. I spent time adding things to my cart just to find out I couldn’t even check out unless I bought more. Annoying, honestly.

"I only ordered from them once, and maybe..."
I only ordered from them once, and maybe I’m a bit impatient when it comes to refunds, but this one felt way too slow. I had to return the item, then ended up emailing twice before it seemed like anything was actually happening. I did get my money back in the end, so that’s good, but the whole process left a bad impression on me

When my item showed up damaged, I thought it was going to turn into a whole long back-and-forth situation, but it was handled way faster than I expected. I reached out, explained what happened, and they got it sorted without making it complicated or stressful. Really appreciated how quickly they fixed the issue...

"Pretty frustrating to use on my phone"
They’ve got some good stuff on the site, but using it on my phone was kind of annoying. The pages were slow to load for me, the filters kept resetting every time I went back. I also had to click around way too much just to find the shipping info. Maybe it’s smoother on a computer, but on mobile it felt messy and took longer than it should have

I tried out Tundra to stock up on a few things for my small shop, the prices were solid compared to a couple other places I looked at. Not every product was a huge deal or anything, so you still have to poke around and compare a bit, but some of the bulk pricing was definitely worth it. Checkout was straightforward, which I always appreciate because no one needs a complicated cart situation. Shipping was fine too. My only real gripe is that I wish more sellers showed clearer stock info, since that would make planning a lot easier. Overall though, I’d use it again.

I got my order updates quickly, and the tracking was easy to follow. One status literally stayed stuck for a day, which was a little annoying, but support replied and the package showed up just fine.

"Order got messed up"
I ordered a few things from tundra.com and the shipment showed up with one item missing and another in the wrong size. Shipping itself was fine, but the order being that off was annoying. I had to reach out to support and wait for it to get sorted, and that part was weird because it felt like it should’ve been a simple fix. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating.

I ordered from tundra.com and while the item itself was fine, the packaging left a bad impression. The box showed up crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside to keep everything protected.
Nothing was completely broken, so I guess it could’ve been worse, but a couple of the corners were bent and the whole thing just felt rushed and careless. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better condition, so I’m not exactly eager to order again anytime soon

the brand selection is okay overall, but i did notice a few names i was hoping to find weren’t there. still, there’s enough to choose from that it’s not a bad experience.

"Tracking was a little confusing"
My order did end up arriving later than expected, and the tracking updates were kind of hard to follow. I wasn’t always sure where the package was or when it would actually show up. That said, it did get here in the end, so it wasn’t a huge deal

"I was going to grab a few..."
I was going to grab a few things, but once I got to checkout the shipping kind of ruined the whole thing. It jumped up more than I expected, and it just didn’t feel right anymore. The prices seemed fine at first, but after shipping was added, I was like… yeah, no thanks.

I had a question about my order and was a little annoyed at first, but support got back to me quickly, which was a relief. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but they did sort everything out in the end, so I’m happy enough to give 4 stars.

"I didn’t really feel comfortable trusting it"
I tried ordering through tundra.com, and personally, it just didn’t give me a great feeling. Some of the seller details felt a bit vague, and I wasn’t totally sure who I was actually buying from, which made me uneasy. When I reached out to support, the replies were slow and didn’t really clear things up for me. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but based on mine, I wouldn’t feel confident placing another order there.

"Account setup was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried setting up an account on tundra.com and it turned into a headache fast. The verification email took forever to show up, and once I finally got through that, the site kept kicking me back to the same setup page like nothing had happened. I also got different answers depending on where I looked, which just made the whole thing more confusing. After trying a few times, I gave up. Bad first impression.

"Really happy with the value"
I was pleased with what I got for the price. Everything felt fair, shipping went smoothly, and while it wasn’t anything super fancy, it was definitely solid value overall. I’d happily order again.
